Ingredients to make Dahi Paratha
Wheat flour – 2 bowl
Curd – 1 cup
Leftover lentils – 1/2 bowl
Onion finely chopped – 1
Green chili chopped – 3
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 cup
Desi ghee – 1/2 bowl
Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Mint – 1 tbsp
Oil

Curd Paratha Recipe
To make Dahi Paratha full of taste, first take wheat flour in a utensil and sieve it. After this add finely chopped onions, green chillies, carom seeds, turmeric, 3-4 tsp desi ghee and salt as per taste to the flour and mix them all well. Now mix finely chopped mint, coriander leaves, curd and lentils in the flour and knead the dough. You can mix water as needed to knead the dough.

After kneading the dough, cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, when the dough gets set, make balls from it. Meanwhile, keep a nonstick pan/griddle on medium heat for heating. When the griddle becomes hot, apply some ghee/oil on it and spread it all around. Meanwhile, take a ball and roll it like a paratha. After the griddle is hot, put the rolled paratha on the griddle to roast.

After roasting the paratha for some time, put some oil on its edges and turn the paratha. After this apply oil on the upper surface of the paratha and roast it. Roast the paratha from both the sides so that it becomes golden and crispy. After this take it out in a plate. Similarly prepare parathas from all the balls. Tasty Dahi Parathas are ready. Serve them with chutney.
